Returns
In no case are goods to be returned without a valid Global Flags Unlimited, LLC Return Authorization (Return Sales Order) Number.
- Only unused material as currently manufactured will be considered for return.
- Goods must be securely packaged to reach Global Flags Unlimited, LLC without damage.
- Orders placed between November 25th and December 25th must be returned by January 10th, otherwise goods must be returned within 10 days of receiving.
Material accepted for credit is subject to a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) plus all transportation charges.
Material built to order (custom or semi-custom) is not subject to return for credit under any circumstances.
