The flag has sewn stripes and embroidered stars with a heavy canvas duck heading. The material and thread are color-matched and constructed with lock-stitched seams. It is flown with #2 rolled rim solid brass toothed grommets and uses the official government size (1:1.9) hoist-to-fly ratio.
