Customer Service Representative
Our growing 28 year e-commerce company in Acworth, Ga is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Custom Order Department. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong ability to meet multiple deadlines, and have the ability to adjust workflow in order to meet deadlines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering busy telephones
Assisting customers with product knowledge to help them make correct purchasing decisions
Taking customer phone orders and entering orders into our accounting system
Light invoicing, filing and other general office duties
Manage a small contract labor force
Applicant must have the following skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be proficient in MS office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good priority management skills
Must be detail oriented
Applicant should be a self-starter and work with little supervision
Must be able to multi-task
Working knowledge of graphic arts is a plus
Punctuality is a must
We are conveniently located in Acworth, GA between I-75 and Cobb Parkway. This is a non-smoking environment.

Position is full time. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay rate is $12 per hour. We offer vacation pay, holiday pay and a retirement plan after probationary period.
